AdminBar Docker

Description

AdminBar Docker is an administrator plugin that adds a dock/undock option to the Administrator menu/toolbar.

On sites that have many articles, or with certain components, you can be presented with long page listings. Scrolling up and down the page, then having to navigate back to the top of the page to save or use the main menu, is often a pain.

AdminBar Docker offers an elegant solution for this problem. By clicking on the AdminBar Docker icon (top-right of your screen) you can undock the menu and the toolbar. This causes the menu/toolbar to float over your page at the top of the screen even if you are at the bottom of the page.

Now you have the menu and the action buttons (save, apply, cancel, etc) readily available, in a super-quick and handy way.

Requirements

AdminBar Docker will only work correctly if your setup meets these requirements:

• Up-to-date version of Joomla 2.5 (No Joomla 1.5 support!)
• PHP 5.3+ (No PHP 5.2 support!)
• MySQL 5+

Important: I can only provide support for setups that:

• meet the above requirements;
• do not have extension files or Joomla! core files which have been altered in any way.
