Modalizer

Description

Modalizer will help you create modal popup window links. Modalizer can also convert any existing link in your website to modal popup window link.

Modal popup windows are fancy popup boxes also known as Lightboxes.

Modal types

You can choose from many Modal types:

• Joomla! Core (SqueezeBox)
• ColorBox
• FancyBox PRO ONLY
• LyteBox PRO ONLY
• ShadowBox PRO ONLY

Activators

There are several ways Modalizer can covert links:

• Via the special Modal tags {modal ...}...{/modal}
• By class names (all links with defined class names)
• By target="_blank" (all links with a target. Internal and/or external)
• By filetypes (all links to given filetypes) PRO ONLY
• By url (match URLs via regular expressions) PRO ONLY

Requirements

Modalizer will only work correctly if your setup meets these requirements:

• Up-to-date version of Joomla! 1.5 or 2.5
• PHP 5.3+ No PHP 5.2 support
• MySQL 5+

Important: I can only provide support for setups that:

• meet the above requirements;
• do not have extension files or Joomla! core files which have been altered in any way.
