I couldn't show my form 1 Year, 8 Months ago  
I want to show my form which is created by jForms. It uses codes as {jform=1} ; 1 is form's number.

Also I got form's address as: www.islamvebiz.net/proweblab/shopping/in...p;view=form&id=1

I used modalizer codes as : {modal url=www.islamvebiz.net/proweblab/shopping/in...p;view=form&id=1|type=shadowbox|overlay_opacity=20}Form(20%){/modal}

But my form is not shown in the box..

What must I do?

You have something weird in the template selection in the plugin parameters. Go into the plugin and set the templater to 'system - component'. You must select a sub-template.
