Conflict Will not uninstall 2 Years, 5 Months ago

I have 3 extensions which I like, including sourcerer and JCE 154 and Linkr.
Neither linkr nor sourcer will work properly with JCE 154 selected as the editor.
So I thought I would uninstall them all and install them again one by one carefully seeing what troubles were caused...but Sourcerer and Linkr say cannot uninstall 'manifest' file not found.

Is there a simple cure for this? Apart from starting again with an empty Joomla?

How are you trying to install these? You should just use the normal Joomla extensions manager. Also, remember to install the JCE patch: http://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/downl...itor/patches/188-154 To fix the JCE insert button problem 1) download and unzip the JCE 188-154 patch mentioned above 2) copy editor.js to .../plugins/editors/jce/libraries/js/editor.js
