we use Sourcerer on our site, and before I enable SEOs in the admin panel, I want to know if anyone knows of any issues/reasons this may be a bad idea with a site using Sourcerer?

I've been using Sourcerer for quite a while now. There isn't any reason why it would affect SEF or SEO. It's just letting you put code in more places than usual.

If you think about it. Adding more PHP, HTML, or Javascript won't affect your SEO.

so from what you are saying, it makes sense that it would cause no problems.
but you have not told me that you are using SEFs enabled while using Sourcerer...
so you are saying "it should work just fine" ... but I guess what I need to know, is if it DOES in fact work just fine.

Sourcerer helps you place code. In what way do you expect this to raise issues with SEO?
I don't see the direct connection?
