External PHP Plug-In 1 Year, 11 Months ago

I am trying to integrate an external interactive php plug-in into my joomla site. The plug-in consists of multiple php files, css file and image library, which I saved in the root directory.

With Sourcerer I inserted php code(e.g., main.php) into a Frontpage article and it shows there beautifully. When I use the plug-in, however, all the other php pages (not main.php) show outside joomla (no template).

What are the possible solutions here?
