Hello,

I have just wanted to ask if it's possible to install the advanced module manager without having a write permission to the site's root folder.

Our system admin is reluctant to give us a write permission to the site's root folder.

Can't you install it via the standard Joomla installer procedure?

Well, frankly, no, you can't install or do much without the right write permissions.
So you will probably have to ask your system admin to install the extension.
