Incorrect display in backend 1 Year, 8 Months ago
Hi,
after installation of AdvancedModuleManager-v1.5.0 on Joomla 1.5.17 I go to
Admin Menu: Extensions -> Module -> Administrator -> new ->
selecting any item and this happens:

After deactivating AdvancedModuleManager-v1.5.0 the Problem is gone.
Any idea?

best thanks

Don't know what is wrong. Probably some javascript error messing stuff up.
Can you try installing AA again (you don't have to uninstall first).

If it still doesn't work, could you give me admin access so I can take a look?

Ah, this only happens with Administrator Modules. Will look into this and fix it asap.
If you want AMM active, you can still always go to the core functionality by changing the url from ...option=com_advancedmodules... to ...option=com_modules...

I have fixed the problem.
The fixed version is installed on your setup.
I will publish the new version to the public asap.

The problem was caused by modules that have some wrong syntax in the xml file. AMM now does some extra checks to work around that (instead of break).

Clear your browsers cache.
AAM has changes in the javascript files. Your browser has probably cached the old js file.

That worked. Thanks! You might want to put a note about that on the download page.

Your Joomla extensions are excellent! I will make a donation.

Thanks,
Andy
