Can you clean the cache using the core clean cache functionality (via menu)?
Do you have ftp mode on?
Do you get the message still after pressing the button a few times?

No right now I cant clear the cache within the backend... I am getting time-outs due to the number of file's... there are probably close to 15,000 file's in the cache...

Trey

FTP mode is currently set to " OFF "... and yes I press the button a couple of time's and get same error... any ideas?

Well, if you also can't clear the cache with the core functionality, the problem is not with Cache Cleaner.

Try removing all cache files with your ftp program.
