We have a long standing problem with the cache for the JEvents module and the cache in

C:\wamp\www\components\libraries\cmslib

not being cleared, both from "Tools" in the backend of Joomla and now from using your great Cache Cleaner program. Is there anything you can do to help, particularly the cmslib problem as this cache can get enormous if not deleted manually.

Thanks

The JEvents cache is stored in C:\wamp\www\cache\com_jevents - the cache is not cleared every 15 minutes as set in the Global Configuration. The other cache is in C:\wamp\www\components\libraries\cmslib\cache and this can quickly grow very big. MyBlog is the creator of this cache, we believe. This cache file getting very large is a known problem on forums, but no fix can be found.

Cache Cleaner (and also core cache cleaning) Should clean the cache in the root cache folder.
I will see if I can add a check that looks for the \components\libraries\cmslib\cache folder and empty that too when you click on the icon.
