Strange. Probably some folder permissions too strict.

Is the component working though?

The error probably occurred when the install package was trying to remove the installer. You can take a look in the component manager to see if the nonumber-installer is still there. You can just uninstall it if it is.

Well, the installation is a remote one. The operating system is linux so I guess there could be problems about permissions.
Which files have to be changed to fix it please?

Does something need to be fixed?

No, it shouldn't affect Content Templater.
It has to do with the installer (which is a little component that does the installation/updating of Content Templater and then removes itself). You can take a look in the component manager to see if the nonumber-installer is still there. You can just uninstall it if it is.

I see it only in the plugin manager; the content templater in the cms backend I mean.

Do I have to find it in the linux directories?

Content Templater is a component and a plugin (editor button).

The Content Templater files/folder should be:
Component:
/administrator/components/com_contenttemplater/
/components/com_contenttemplater/
Plugin:
/plugins/editors-xtd
