Hi Peter,

After installing v1.0.1 update this message displays:
A newer version is available. Download version 1.0.1

Apparently the version file was not updated.
So I opened this file:
<joomla_root>/administrator/components/com_contenttemplater/elements/version_contenttemplater

And changed text from 1.0.0 to 1.0.1 - message gone.
