TOPIC: [SOLVED] Installed package, now what?

[SOLVED] Installed package, now what? 3 Years, 4 Months ago
I've installed the package from Extensions/Install but when I got to it in the plugins manager, it says under parameters, "Please install the CustoMenu! Plugin" and Help gets the message "This plugin needs the CustoMenu! Module to work". Was that not installed with the package? I don't see anything about it under module manager...

Kind of lost...

The zip file from http://www.nonumber.nl/download/customenu/ is called CustoMenu-v2.1.6-UNZIP_FIRST.zip
That means you have to unzip it first!

Then you will see it contains a plugin and a module package. You can install them seperatly.
If you install the whole file like you did, it only installs the plugin.

If the plugin says: "Please install the CustoMenu! Plugin", that would be wrong. It should say "Please install the CustoMenu! Module". The coming new version will be clearer.

The file I got was CustoMenu-J1.5-plugin-v2.1.1.zip. That might explain why...

Thanks for clearing it up, going to try to install the module now.
